Full support during your pregnancy, birth preparation, birth attendance and postnatal catch up.
What's included?
Four hours of 1:1 time with me to discuss all aspects of your pregnancy, birth preparation and choices.
(usually arranged as 4 x 1 hr sessions - but of course it's up to you)

Continued email and telephone support during your pregnancy when you need it.

Written summaries and notes of our antenatal sessions for you to keep, reflect upon and use.
​
Ability to borrow from my personal library of pregnancy and birth related books and resources (subject to availability).
​
Support with and use of The Oxford Doula Birth Preferences and Postnatal Planning tools and templates.
​
24/7 on call support for four weeks around you birth (normally 38-42 weeks). Seriously, any time, day or night.

Continued attendance at your birth from the time you feel you need me. Wherever you plan or end up giving birth I will be there. My support for your birth doesn't end at the birth however. I work flexibly to support you in those first few golden hours with your new baby to help you feel settled and comfortable.

Two hours postnatal follow up home visit(s) or call(s) following your birth. To debrief, provide support and to chat over a well earned cuppa.
